Leadership Development
We develop Exceptional Leaders for Outstanding Organizations.
Following a successful placement, we offer a one-year leadership development program designed to ensure seamless assimilation, retention, and sustained impact.
Drawing on insights from top experts in human optimization, leadership development, and business best practices, our program empowers leaders to excel in three critical areas: self-leadership, team leadership, and organizational leadership.
Through this holistic approach, we equip leaders with the tools to drive meaningful, long-lasting results for themselves and your organization.
Leadership Development
We partner with Tony Alessandra, PhD, and his team to offer the world’s #1 behavioral tool. The DISC provides a highly detailed analysis of each individual’s natural and adapted behavioral styles.
DISC reveals how a person will most likely behave within a given environment, situation, or relationship. It offers prescriptive lessons designed to highlight and maximize self-awareness, intentionality, and interpersonal communication, personally and professionally.
DISC Assesment
We partner with Tony Alessandra, PhD, and his team to offer the EIQ assessment. Research indicates that emotional intelligence, also known as emotional quotient (EQ), can be learned and seen as measurable differences directly associated with professional and personal success. Furthermore, it may be responsible for up to 80% of the success we experience in life.
This assessment isn't an emotional intelligence test or quiz; it heightens awareness of our candidates’ EIQ, assesses relative strengths and weaknesses based on their emotional dispositions, and provides a framework for interpersonal and intrapersonal effectiveness.
Motivators Assesment
The DISC Leadership Assessment categorizes leaders into four behavioral styles: Dominance (results-oriented and decisive), Influence (people-focused and persuasive), Steadiness (patient and supportive), and Conscientiousness (detail-oriented and analytical).
Leaders typically exhibit a combination of these traits, with one or two being dominant, and the assessment helps identify their natural tendencies and potential blind spots.
