John Binkley, Founder and Managing Partner of Valor Front, and Andy Lane, Founder and Managing Partner of CFS Partners (criticalfacility.com), met over 25 years ago while working at the same search firm. Over the years, they both ventured out to build their own firms - CFS evolving to focus on single-search C-Suite placements in the Data Center industry, while John’s firm, E3, which he later sold to CRG, specialized in multi-search projects ranging from individual contributors to executive searches in multiple industries.
